This 2 hour online workshop will focus on perceiving and feeling your own energy and aura, as well as techniques to clear, balance and enrich your energy. We’ll also discuss how to protect and direct your energy as well!

Note: Please have a single die (as in dice) with you for this workshop as Laura will be doing an energy activity with you! Also, please have paper and a pen/pencil for taking notes.
