Join best-selling author and medium Laura Lynne Jackson in this fun, light-hearted but powerful one day workshop designed to help us understand how we can use the law of attraction to manifest positive change in our lives. We will learn step-by-step ways to change how we think, feel, and create change. Using a range of techniques including meditation, visualization, the use of a “vision board,” amplify this energy when working groups, the cultivation of gratitude, music and sound, and smudging (to clear our minds and elevate our vibration), we will learn how to identify and discard sabotaging beliefs, shift our energy, and harness the power of manifestation to dramatically improve any area of our lives.

Notes: Recommended reading: The Light Between Us by Laura Lynne Jackson. Please bring a pair of scissors, a glue stick, 3-4 magazines or catalogs that you are drawn to or resonate with (and that you don’t mind cutting up), and a pen. Wear comfortable clothing.
